Travel & Accommodations

We recognize what a big ask it is for our friends and family to travel so far for our wedding. Celebrating in France has been a dream of ours, and we completely understand if you’re unable to make it. Whether you can join us or not, we’re so grateful for your love and support.

For our wedding in Paris, France, we recommend that guests plan to arrive no later than Thursday to ensure enough time to settle in before the big day. For those considering an extended stay, we suggest scheduling the wedding toward the end of your travels, allowing you to enjoy your vacation without the effects of jet lag on the day of the celebration.

Flights & Airports

Guests should fly into Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) or Orly Airport (ORY).

Both airports offer several options for reaching the city center:

  • Taxi or Uber: Readily available at both airports and provide direct service to your hotel or accommodations.

  • Train: From Charles de Gaulle, the RER B train runs regularly to central Paris. The journey takes approximately 30–40 minutes and is a convenient, cost-effective option. From Orly, the Orlyval light rail connects to the RER B train, taking about 35–40 minutes to reach the city center..

Transportation

The Château is located less than 20 miles from central Paris, though travel can take up to an hour depending on traffic. We are working to provide transportation on the day of the wedding from central Paris to the Château. Uber and taxis are also available for convenience.

G 7 Taxi – https://www.g7.fr/en/

Uber - https://www.uber.com/

Taxis are a great way to get around. Always check to make sure the taxi has a meter and a visible ‘taxi’ sign on the roof. Taxis in Paris generally do not take credit cards, so be prepared to pay in cash
